This Privacy Policy explains how Cyber Istanbul A.Ş. (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use Astromixapp (the “App”).
1) Information we collect
- Account & profile: name, email/phone, profile photos, bio, preferences, and other profile fields you choose to provide.
- Astrology data (optional): birth date/time/location if you enter them (used to generate astrology-related insights).
- User content: messages, likes, matches, reports, feedback, and other content you submit.
- Device & usage: device model, OS version, app version, language, crash logs, and usage events.
- Location (optional): approximate/precise location if you grant permission (for nearby/matching features).
2) How we use information
- Provide and operate the App (account, matching, messaging, personalization).
- Generate astrology features if you provide astrology data.
- Process subscriptions/in-app purchases and unlock entitlements.
- Prevent fraud/abuse and enforce community rules.
- Improve performance, analytics, and troubleshooting.
3) Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with trusted service providers (hosting, analytics, messaging) and with Store platforms (Apple/Google) for purchase processing and fraud prevention.
4) Retention
We retain information only as long as needed to provide the service and comply with legal/security obligations. You may request deletion by contacting us.
5) Security
We apply reasonable safeguards to protect your data; however, no system is 100% secure.
6) Your choices & rights
- Update your profile and settings inside the App.
- Disable location permissions via device settings.
- Request access/correction/deletion via destek@cyberistanbul.com.
7) Children
Astromixapp is intended for users aged 18+.
8) Changes
We may update this Policy. The effective date above reflects the most recent update.
Terms of Use (EULA)
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Astromixapp. By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1) Eligibility
You must be 18+ (or the age of majority where you live) to use the App.
2) Accounts
- You are responsible for your account and for keeping access credentials secure.
- You agree not to share your account or use someone else’s account without permission.
3) Community rules
You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, exploit, or abuse others.
- Post illegal, hateful, violent, or sexually explicit content.
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
- Spam, solicit, or use the App for unlawful purposes.
- Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the App and its systems.
4) User content
- You keep ownership of content you create, but you grant us a license to host, process, and display it to operate the App.
- You confirm you have the necessary rights to upload your content (including photos).
- We may remove content and/or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
5) Subscriptions (auto-renewable) & billing
- Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Manage/cancel: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device’s App Store account settings.
- Payment: Payments are processed by Apple. We do not store your full payment details.
- Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple under their policies.
Note: Subscription title, duration, and pricing are shown in the purchase flow and in the App Store.
6) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for safety/legal reasons. You may stop using the App at any time.
7) Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Astrology insights are for entertainment/informational purposes only.
8) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
9) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, unless mandatory laws in your country require otherwise.
